Terms of USE
Thank you for shopping with Iconic Gear. While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not offer refunds for any reason. If you would like to exchange your items  (i.e. new size or item) please be advised that there is a reshipment fee and a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise.  Once we receive items we will issue and send a new invoice with updated fees (Shipping + Restocking Fee) that must be paid prior to reshipment of new items.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit:
  • Any items marked sale will not be accepted for store credit or exchange – this includes flash sales.
  • Items that are worn, washed or altered including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Items without tags
  • Exchanges received after 7 days of the original shipment date.
Exchange Processing
In order to do an exchange, please call us, and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly written on the front of the package and on the exchange form when you return the package to us. Please print and fill out the exchange form and attached it to your receipt, and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange or if for store credit.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. We do charge return shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process your order within 24-48 hours of it being placed. We ship orders Monday through Friday, during West Coast office hours. We may have some items backordered and your patience is appreciated. Once leaving our store it is in the care of USPS, UPS, FedEX and your local postal service.  Iconic Gear is not liable for any errors made by these services or for any items damaged during the opening or shipping of your package. Major Holidays are observed and have limited office hours and closings.
The estimated delivery time of orders within United States is 1-5 business days after shipment. Your orders are usually shipped using USPS.  Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force of nature for which we will not be responsible.

If you choose to receive a store credit you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed by phone.
